    Starting in 2000. So our first rookie draft will be the Kwame Brown draft...

    Oh, and I guess I should have stated this before, but it isn't a big deal. The player ratings aren't like Lebron James- 99 overall, they are letter for different skills. That's something that makes this unique. For example, Shaq's ratings:

    Shaquille O'Neal:
    Inside- A+
    Outside- D
    Handle- C
    Defense- A+
    Rebound- A
    Potential- C

    Basically any player that was in the league during the 2000 season we will draft in a fantasy draft.
