No we will have a rookie draft every year, when a commissioner comes along we will do a poll or let posters post there thought on what would make this a great league! Doing this I beleave everyone will have fun, but I know where going to have a rookie draft!
So as soon as a commissioner is drawn, we will post all the rules!
