    Mike Malone to interview with Bobcats for HC position

    The Bobcats have received permission from the Warriors to interview Mike Malone for their head coaching vacancy, according to sources.

    Malone will meet with Rod Higgins and Rich Cho on Tuesday.

    Malone made $750,000 as Golden State's assistant coach last season. Malone was the runner-up for the job behind Mark Jackson.
    Good to see a former assistant of Monty's getting HC consideration.

    I also hear Patrick Ewing is going for that position. Alot of qualified candidates.

    Any one of our ACs could probably become a head coach someday. Shows we have quality staff above them, i.e Demps.
