That way we can be re-named to New Orleans Reindeers or New Orleans Santas, or how about the New Orleans Jingle (Jazz and Christmas combined)... similarly how the New Orleans Saints were named on when franchise awarded on Saints day.
Or we can go biblical and be named New Orleans David's. (David Stern vs Goliath)
Summer is more realistic based on Stern's comments today.

There are mixed opoinions on that. Some believe the desire for a rebrand is a generational thing. In other words, guys in my age category (I'm mid to late 40's) want a fresh start...but younger fans are fine with the name, colors, etc. I'm guessing that means I'm in a minority...or smaller group. Whether you are for or against a rebrand, maybe some of you can state your position here briefly and list your age category. I am 28 years old been a season ticket holder since 2007. I would like a rebrand as well. In our situation I think it's necessary. I really like the new Orleans krewe or the new Orleans brass. I just hope they don't leave it would be depressing
