    This is fabulous news! I logged on looking to see the official news of the Clipps and Cavs' trade. So I see in bold, "It's Official" and I think for a split-second that the trade finally went through and now BD can look into signing his max deal with us. Then my eyes sees Baron Re-signs and then it hits me. I get this tingle down my spine and I'm just lit up with joy and excitement. Though I knew Baron would re-sign ($84 million is $84 million), it was the last thing I expected to see when I logged on.

    This is awesome!!!

    I remember that picture. That was taken after my last session with her. See that dot in the background? That was some lent from my robe pocket. Whew!!! What a day that was.

    Great news, now the owners can start building around him. And we can stop worring about Clipper trades and what PGs are out there for trade.

    Start building around him? We already have a solid team. I do not see them making too many moves in FA.

    This is great news for a new team in a new city. As a Charlottean and a avid Hornet fan I am pleased that BD will at least take this franchise to the next level. I guess the owners are taking a new approach in NOLA, with BD and Mash set if you guys take care of the Big Cat then I definately see Eastern Conf. Champs at least 2-3 times.

    I agree with HORNETSFAN, the team is now in place, they have been building around Baron for 2 years now. We have most of the peices in place now, all we have to do is wait 90 more days for the start of the season.
    The Lakers will make it 4 in a row.... oh yeahhh!!!!!

    but now 90days are far too long to wait...#
    to see the coming eastern champion
    (i gues it won´t be enough for the ring, but perhaps in a few years we can sing
