    Michael Thompson leaving the Hornets

    This is unconfirmed, but...

A commenter over at my site was told by (Hornets Director of Corporate Communications) Michael Thompson himself, that he's leaving the Hornets and taking a similar position with the Charlotte Bobcats.

I'm not sure about you guys, but I think that sucks.

Thanks Hunny B. I was thinking it strange that I hadn't come across the news on here. Not sure how I missed that when I visit this board every day. Think I'll just blame Dwyane Wade.

Feel free to kill this thread if you like. Or maybe we can turn it into a thread about something else. Like "What's your favorite kind of po-boy?" I'm loving the fried shrimp.

The Hornets announced it themselves at the Dallas game (his last as a Hornet employee).

Roast Beef with gravy and Swiss cheese.

Same three but swap the shrimp and the roast beef.

Oh...and get them from Parkway Bakery.

    Yum.
A football game can't stop hurricanes.

    It can't fix levees.

    Or rebuild houses.

But it can let a city know...

That it's a city once again.

    Welcome back, New Orleans.

I'll have to go with hot sausage, then shrimp. I had a french fry poboy recently and it was surprisingly good.
