If anyone knows any info regarding how to obtain the TOTAL history of the New Orleans Jazz(Players, Attendance, Season Schedules and Results), please let me know. I know there was a link on this site before the revision, so if someone knows of even more in-depth coverage and history I would be eternally grateful. The possibility of us getting the Hornets has me so excited, I just thought how cool it would be if I had the old Jazz(Matazz as we called them back then)chronicles. Thanx

It has a basic yet comprehensive history of the Jazz in New Orleans. Average yearly attendance figures can be found in the body of the text. There is also an attached stats page with year by year team and player stats for all players who ever played for the New Orleans Jazz.

do you have or know of a site or publication that has the schedule and results(boxscores, etc.) of their seasons. That's what I'm REALLY looking for more than anything. Does anyone?

The Jazz media guides has year by year schedules, scores,attendance #'s for each game,high scorer for each team,and record at the time of the game. That is all on one page. They also have stats for much more on other pages.

Renfo let me know if you can't get your hands on a media guide.I might be able to make you copies and fax them to you.

I don't have any access or know of where to get a media guide, but that's EXACTLY what I'm looking for. Do you know where I could order it? Also, I don't have a fax machine, but my wife does at her job. I'll get that info to you early next week and if you could send me copies that would be sweet!

For a media guide write or call-- utah jazz delta center,301 west south temple, salt lake city, ut 84101
i don't have the phone # but check the web site it should be on there also check this address on the site but i'm pretty sure it is right. the guides are usually $5 to $10 and are well worth it. I think the utah guides have all the new orleans stats in it. The one I have does. Ask them when you call.

A friend gave me a Cleveland Cavs media guide about six years ago and I just found the info you just posted including the phone # which is 801-325-2500 for anyone else looking to call.

Boy, did that make me look bad-- not even posting the correct link to my OWN website: "start" rather than "home"-- sheesh, that's the Earthlink home page at start up. Must have had too much other stuff on my mind at work when I made THAT blunder.
