Is there an exact start time for in-season free agency? Just wondering since it's first come first serve.

I made it myself lol. Can I get my own points? I have absolutely no sig experience in my life and i'm sure it shows, but i'm not giving out hard earned points out!

Damn I messed the free agency up a little, I kept certain offers out that I didn't want to keep and now I got two players that I didn't want at sf and my roster's full :( Still got bigs I want in free agency.
