Improve with a terrible potential, you have to use points or they would decrease, correct?

Not necessarily decrease, just their chance of really improving isn't as high.

Where is the best place to create a signature on the web? I have seen some pretty cool ones (EX: Suns,Clips) and I need to make one.

Here's my 1st round selection Eddie Griffen out of high school. He was considered the next Duncan and Garnett, but his attitude is what made him the number 7 overall selection instead of 1. He latered died at the age of 25, soon as he was getting better, as a player and a person. He wasn't close to living up to the hype, but he was close to being an all-star PF and maybe a franchise type player. I hope to invest a lot into him in this league to be a great player..

hornetstime247 was active from the start, he may have died down a little bit though. Not really sure.

Sadly he got the axe because he failed to check in. I guess this is an example that you will lose your team if you miss those league check-in's.
