Like LoCo said, there are a bunch of smaller ratings that go into making a letter grade. That's why if you train a player, the letter grade may not change.

Can you see those smaller ratings?

Also, in the offensive focus, is it just balanced, inside, or outside? Can there be slightly inside?

are there any random traits that we wouldnt think about, or is it just the normal bball skillz.. if i can make chauncey better with the ladies, then maybe that will reflect in his play...
