I dont think he has a minute cap. I think its more of how he looks and feels as the game goes on. He will be lighting it up and look great so Monty will keep him in. If its to get the WIN trust me Monty will play him those extra 6. Maybe your right and he plays way less then that, but i'm hoping for the best!

Even this would make me happy! I'm hoping it turns into a tight game while he is playing awesome. Probably the only way we see him play extended minutes?

really would not be funny. I don't think it's a stretch to say if we don't get production/trade value out of EG10 relative to the contract that we gave him - it will literally set our rebuild back at least 2 years. He's that good/valuable/important of a piece - especially given his cap figure.

If he could play at 100% and maximize his talents for the next 4 years along with AD23 and our cap room I think the odds are that we'd be in at least one Western Conference Finals by the end of his contract.

Eric Gordon - top 5 shooting guard
Anthony Davis - top 5 power forward
Lopez / Smiht - top 12 center tandem
Ryan Anderson - top 5 sixth man/sniper
Lottery pick 2013
cap room 2013 offseason
Vasquez - top 3 backup PG in league

Monty Said Gordon does have a time limit from the training staff and that's why he isn't starting. Jimmy Smith said about 25 minutes in his article.

What a game by Eric Gordon!! I was a little off on the rebounds and minutes, but dead on with te steals, turnovers, assists and damn close with points. Most of all we got the win! Gordon changes the way we play and look completely. He is a great on ball defender and scores at will. Excited about the future but you can forget that top pick!

He makes me Madd because we know he can play like this every night.

He looked awesome like he is suppose to. I love Gordon when he's healthy as most do. He deserves a break its not his fault he was injured. Just think when he has 10 more minute of play haha?

I see too many similarities to Baron Davis. I think he plays lights out so the Hornets can get something in return in a trade. I hope I am wrong but probably not.

I only watch the highlights of Gordon, and my goodness. I think this is what Monty and Dell envisioned with this offense. Granted we got down by 21 to the bobcats, so it was, by no means, a well played game, but Gordon's shots that went in didn't even move the net. Gave me chills thinking about what a healthy gordon could mean to this franchise long term.

Still undecided on what the team will actually do with Gordon though.

They are gonna say>> ERIC, do you want us to go get a #1, #2 or #3 !? Gordon is a better PG, than a #2 ! But, if we can land a CP3 or a Jennings or a Will Bynum, then OK ! But, listening to the interview with Joel Myers last night, one gets the feeling that EGO likes being "THE FACILITATOR" ! we'll see. If he stays healthy, he is filthy good !

Watching the game I can see why Dell and Monty drafted Austin. With Gordon you don't need to have a classic PG in the game because Gordon is such a great penetrator, ball handler and distributor for a SG that it is much more beneficial to have a combo guard ala Austin Rivers next him. If Austin can develop and become a better shooter... Rivers/Gordon can be a deadly combo for us.
