Bullet dodged... Or was it?
Ok so what happens with Parsons now? Rockets will surely hang on to him correct? Or is it smart to let Dallas have him? (For whatever reason)
I would like to think the Asik deal sticks, but there is a chance Houston has a change of heart now that Bosh is gone.
Well, we've already discussed how detrimental to a team's reputation backing out of an agreed deal can be...plus let's not forget that:
A- Houston has already attempted to deal Asik in the past and were unable to procure two first rounders for him, his initial marked price
B- Asik, unless he's had a drastic change of heart, still wants out of Houston. If a GM has the ability to get rid of a malcontent for solid assets, they typically pull the trigger
C- This decision was made when the general understanding around the league was that LeBron was staying in Miami
Darn. The only thing that sucks is, now that Bosh is staying, maybe Houston would have taken back some guaranteed money and we kept our MLE/BAE. Oh well.

Good for him and the Lakers.
The money getting thrown around to middling level players is...it's unreal.
If I was 6'10" I'd probably be a millionaire too.
9 mill a year for Jordan Hill.
Wow.
Morrow for $4mil+ ...
Too bad they can still match Parsons, that would've been a royal coup for us
Cavs should easily trade Wiggins for Love. No brainer.
ESPN NBA Insiders are terrible, especially Broussard. He's a clown.
