Suns work out group of shooting guards

I can't understand why if the pelicans work out SFs is laughtable for everyone, then the Suns work out SGs and it's something perfectly normal.

Well, the Suns whole team is pretty much conducting open tryouts this season, so they can't look silly looking under every rock for talent.

Pels on the other hand are pretty much in a must win now situation. They should have a plan and be looking for well established NBAers to execute it.

Tbh we should have worked out RJ Hunter.

We haven't worked out Clark.
He was FA with multiple offers and just decided to choose Pels offer. He bet of himself.
If Pels had offered him a workout in July - he won't have even considered them.

If he won't have found a team till now - then maybe he would agree for the workout.

As to OP - Pels announcement was laughable because they were testing players who were out of the league for years or haven't played in the league because of the injuries.
Don't see a reason not to laugh at them. I was laughing...
