Finally, Greg Williams earns a paycheck. He just needed half a season to warm up.
The running game helped. Kept the defense off the field and controlled the clock. Defense made plays too despite the refs calling silly penalties to keep the Bucs alive. Saints have 4 dynamic RBs and two of the best interior lineman on the league. Should be able to run on any team in the league which will allow Brees to gash defenses with the play-action. Plus, the running game will help settle Brees down to avoid him playing like Brett Favre out there.Quote:

I dunno, depends what you would otherwise deem improper about it. And agreed with 78 the best defense the Saints can mount is a stronger running game to control the clock.
