He's like my mom talking about smartphones and TVs. Doesn't understand one single thing, but will make the wildest, and false, assertions and believe in them.

Cousin's personality is not a mystery. He's the wildcard, passionate guy similar to someone like Ron Artest. The combustible nature can make him hard to deal with but its also what gives his play that edge on the court. Although his attitude can cause friction with coaches and even teammates, Cousins is actually a fiercely loyal teammate. When Karl was coaching the Kings, he made a really distasteful comment about young Seth Curry "he's going to be around for a couple years". Cousins came to his teammate's defense:

I'm telling you, Boogie is going to be great here. Cousins won't change who he is, and that's a good thing. But he is a 7 year vet now, of course he is wiser and more mature than in his early 20's. He also has the highest respect for Anthony Davis. His fiery nature will keep things interesting but its only going to be for the best. A little friction be of help sometimes.
Great game! Finally the refs were calling the fouls when Cousins was getting fouled. This game showed the potential of this team. I still think Hill is ok as the starting SF and we need a shooter at SG in the starting line up.
