The rebrand and name change thread part 4

Red gold and navy... that navy sounds disgusting.

Sooooo now that we know the colors what name are you guys guessing it is?

For some reason first thing that came to mind was The New Orleans Cardinals. (the red and gold thing)
Also Red and Gold are Brother Martin's colors. Benson donates tonnnnnsssss of money to Bro Martin (it's a local high school for you outta towners)

EDIT: well it might still be pelicans... just found this pic of their original hat... throw gold on it and you have it.

I always hated what Cleveland Cavs did with navy and red. hopefully we do better

I have a feeling one of these colors will be VERY seldom used. Like a stroke around the lettering or something.

I know a guy who knows an important guy and he says the Hornets new name will be the New Orleans Angels. We shall see.

Angels may be kind of cool with those colors honestly but like super similar to the baseball team's color if not exactly the same.
