Solid response by the Spurs. Contributions coming from all over the place.
1. Warriors are very rusty; the layoff hurt them.
2. The Pelicans will have the ability to play the Warriors this way next year, only AD/DC are more dynamic and can also space the floor.
3. Pop is a great coach.
4. Mike Brown will get skewered if the Warriors lose this series, and it won't be his fault; Pop is a great coach.
5. Warriors are a better team, and that usually is deciding factor in a 7 game series.
Kerr speaking to the team at halftime was more worrisome than encouraging. I'm think about the saying, "If you have 2 QBs, you have no QBs." If you have 2 coaches, do you have no coaches?
GSW's defense will be tested in the next 2 series. Post defense against Spurs and 1on1 defense against Cavs. Switching everything against the Cavs is going to be tough. Mismatches all over the place.
They are killing my dude's ankles
The Spurs might have as bad injury luck as us right now.
LA gotta stop shooting jumpers. Get back to the post.
GSW is good but they get some lucky breaks.
Absolutely ridiculous.
Ginobli is killing the Spurs
Spurs are toast without Leonard.
Leonard not returning. Gonna be a tough fourth quarter...
Simmons was a good pick-up
Whenever the Spurs go in the post, its a foul or a bucket.
Why is LA posting up 15ft from the goal?
Dear LA,
Do not shoot unless the floor is yellow where you are standing.
Sincerely,
Basketball 101
I'm convinced that Pop would make the Pels current roster a 3 seed. He's that good.
And now Pop is whining to the officials.
I don't understand how you can give touch fouls one way but completely ignore the other way it's incredible

GSW always catches teams when they're hurt. It's amazing.
Spurs are done if Leonard does not play game 2 .
Patty Mills should receive a tech for his hair
