Good to hear, I just sometimes wonder why guys like ryno can't get a 6 pack, muscle tone, and into really great shape from swimming, soccer crosstraining, lifting, etc.
Being a pro athlete is his job, I'd think looking more like Kyle Korver could even help his shot and protect him from injury. -
