He is obviously putting some work in. This should definitely help him absorb contact; hopefully he has worked equally as hard on finishing at the rim.
Both him and AD has gotte stronger already this offseason, hopefully it pays off for him attacking the rim and AD in the post.

Hell yeah! He needs to get stronger, so he can finish in the paint and not end up on the floor all the time. Now he just needs to work on converting
